To determine if placental cord drainage decreases the blood loss after spontaneous vaginal delivery

Inclusion Criteria:Singleton GestationAges 18-45English SpeakingThird Trimester GestationExclusion Criteria:Operative Vaginal DeliveryMultiple GestationCesarean DeliveryEpisiotomy3rd or 4th degree lacerationLess than the Third Trimester of PregnancyChorioamnionitisHistory of Postpartum HemorrhageMacrosomic Infant
