The goal of this clinical trial is to compare different approaches of spinal anesthesia in pregnant females who are having cesarean section.

Exclusion Criteria:Patients who refuse to participate in study.More than 3 attempts of lumber puncturePreviously having migraines of PDPHHb less than 7INR more than 1.2Previous C-section more than 5Patients with placenta previa, accrete, percreta and incretaNPO less than 6 hours preoperativelyPatients from gynecological department other than C-section
