Summary
The study will evaluate the root mean square (RMS) error of measuring pulse rate using the Norbert Device as compared to a reference heart rate measured using an electrocardiogram (ECG).

Inclusion Criteria:Male or female subjects aged 22 or overAbility to provide signed informed consentESI score of 3-5Exclusion Criteria:PregnantESI of 1-2Otherwise deemed unsuitable to participate in the study based on judgment of the study investigator
