Inclusion Criteria:women with history of cesarean scar pregnancyExclusion Criteria:ongoing pregnancyvaginal bleedingactive or suspected inflammation of genital tract including pelvic inflammatory diseasewomen engaged in unprotected intercoursepresence of intra-uterine device contraception
