Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion criteria:Adult patients aged between 21 to 60 yearsundergoing primary unilateral elective total knee arthroplasty under spinal anesthesiaHaving informed consentspatients with physical status ASA I & IIboth gendersbody mass index between 25 and 30 kg/m2.Exclusion criteriapatients with Peripheral vascular diseasepatients with history of allergy to local anesthesia or opioid analgesia,those on anti-platelet, anticoagulant or B blocker drugsPatients with acute decompensated heart failurePatients with hypertensionPatients with heart blockPatients with coronary diseasePatients with bronchial asthmaPatients with bleeding disordersPatients with compromised renal or hepatic functionpregnant female.
