Inclusion Criteria:Pregnant at 24 weeks gestation and moreVaginal bleeding due to placenta previaStable hemodynamicallyAccept to participate in the trialExclusion Criteria:Hypersensitivity to tranexamic acidAcquired defective color visionHistory of venous thromboembolismPre-existing medical conditions (diabetes mellitus, hypertension, renal disease)SmokersRefused to participate in the trial
