To determine the effects of high intensity interval training on cardiovascular function, cardio metabolic markers and cardiorespiratory fitness in healthy individuals with or without facemask

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Non smokerFree of any heart and lung diseasesPassed Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire PAR-QTo be able to do exerciseExclusion Criteria:Any physical limitation that restrict exerciseAny neurological illness
