To determine the effects of low-level laser therapy on facial motor functions and synkinesis in patients with bell's palsy

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Male female diagnosed with idiopathic Bell's palsy by physicianage 30-60yearsBell's palsy in patients having known history of hypertensionBell's palsy in patients having known history of diabetesExclusion Criteria:Participants with a middle ear infectionparotid gland tumormalignant otitis externalTumors in the base of the lateral skullupper motor neuron facial palsysegmental muscle weaknessand recurrent episodes of facial paralysis, polyneuropathies
