The study aimed to investigate the efficacy of core strengthening and intensive dynamic back exercises on pain, muscle strength, endurance, and functional disability in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:age 20-50 yearschronic low back pain (>3 months),Exclusion Criteria:Participants with low back pain related to cancer,infection,inflammatory arthropathy,high-velocity trauma,fracturelow back pain associated with severe or progressive neurological deficits traumapregnancy.
