Art therapy; Art therapy is an integrative mental health service that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active art practices, the creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience in a psychotherapeutic relationship. It is a therapeutic method used in the form of sessions to improve self-esteem and self-esteem."
