Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Diagnosed with Major DepressionMust be able to take therapeutic sessionExclusion Criteria:active suicidal ideationa co-morbid serious health conditionwith psychotic featurescurrently on medication for depressionwith an intellectual disability
