Ages: 50 Years – 90 Years
Enrollment: 50
Sponsor: Xuzhou Central Hospital

Summary
We further propose the study of circRNA in the occurrence and development of POD.
To better understand the potential role of circRNA in the pathological mechanism of POD through clinical trials, and to discover key circRNA as a biomarker for early prevention and early diagnosis of POD.
It provides a new idea and new target for the prevention and treatment of POD.
In order to minimize the impact of POD on the prognosis of elderly patients, it has important theoretical significance and clinical value.
