Summary

• To compare the diagnostic and prognostic blood markers in acute and chronic nonspecific low back pain with healthy controls

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:Both male & Female patientsAge group 18-60 YearsDiagnosed with nonspecific low back pain in acute/flared stageExclusion Criteria:Any serious conditions like neurological conditionsAny infectionTumorSpinal SurgeryCognitive ImpairmentsRefusal to sign consentpatients taking any type of psychological management or rheumatologic disease would be excluded
