Summary

This study aims to examine the acute effects of a low-volume bilateral pogo jump protocol on CMJ and DJ performance, as well as its feasibility and immediate tolerance in adolescent male basketball players.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Regular structured basketball training. * Ability to understand instructions. * Safe execution of the jump tests after familiarization. * Written informed consent from a parent or legal guardian, and assent from the minor. Exclusion Criteria: * Acute injury limiting participation. * Lower-limb pain aggravated by jumping. * Recent surgery or a relevant health condition. * Inability to perform the test technique safely.
