Summary

Adolescents' sexual health has been an important issue for health care professionals, education and society. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a mobile application on adolescent girls' sexual communication self-efficacy and sexual health outcomes. A total of 245 adolescent girls were recruited through purposive sampling between November 2020 and July 2021, with 133 in the experimental group and 112 in the control group. Data were collected at three time points: baseline (T0), immediately after the 6-week intervention (T1), and 4 weeks post-intervention (T2).

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Adolescent girls who use smartphones and mobile internet and have a habit of using LINE * Adolescent girls aged 15-24 \[based on the United Nations definition of youth. Exclusion Criteria ∙ individuals who are homosexual or have an uncertain sexual orientation.
