To promote the health and well-being of Assiut University students and promote healthy lifestyle, health-related behaviors and sleep quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
* Undergraduate Egyptian students at Assiut University.
* Aged 18 years or older.
Exclusion Criteria:
* First-year students, as they may not yet have a GPA available for assessment.
* Responses with substantial missing or inconsistent data.
